摘要
•L10-FeNi(111) films were grown by two-step co-deposition in molecular beam epitaxy.•The two-step co-deposition growth produced high-quality ordered L10-FeNi films.•A high Ku value of 1.15 × 106 J/m3 was obtained for the films grown at 150 °C.
