摘要
Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is a rare, chronic cholestatic disease that can progress to cirrhosis, liver failure, and secondary cancers. Disease progression is typically non-linear, with no clearly defined milestones or disease stages. Several drugs are under investigation, but no economic model for PSC exists to evaluate the value of new treatments. The objective of this study was to develop an early economic model framework for PSC and validate through discussions with clinical and health economic experts.
