A Case of Pneumocephalus and Intracranial Hemorrhage Following Epidural Injection

We present a case of bilateral radiocarpal fracture dislocation, an extremely rare occurrence. A 45-year-old male suffered a high-energy trauma resulting in fractures and dislocations in both radiocarpal joints. This article highlights the unique mirrored aspect of this condition and discusses the clinical evaluation, diagnostic challenges, treatment strategies, and patient outcomes.
