摘要
The paper investigates the mechanisms of the lubrication performances of a novel water-lubricated bearing considering thermal effect. A revised thermos-dynamic lubrication model comprising FSI and thermal methodology with optimization is built. The static characteristic parameters of water-film and the variation laws of the liner are studied. The influences of rotational speeds and eccentricity ratios on the thermal performances are analyzed. The influences of the liner thickness on the heat dissipation are explored. The internal mechanisms of the large temperature difference are revealed. The variation laws of deformation, stress and strain of the liner are investigated. Results enrich the theoretical systems of lubrication regime, and provide a theoretical support for the design and application of such novel bearings.
