Routing UAVs in landslides Monitoring: A neural network heuristic for team orienteering with mandatory visits

•Propose a new Team Orienteering model for routing multi-UAV to monitor landslides.•Consider mandatory visits to the landslide-prone areas in poorly stable states.•Develop a Large Neighborhood Search algorithm embedding a Neural Network Heuristic.•Design a graph convolutional network to learn to generate the destroy operators.•Verify our algorithm on the synthetic datasets and a real-world large-scale case.
