Atypical origin of the left coronary artery originating from the right coronary sinus with interarterial course: A case report

摘要
•A left coronary artery with abnormal origin originating from the right coronary sinus with interarterial course was found in a 68-year-old man.•The left coronary artery is observed arising from the sinus of Valsalva right, in an ostium separated by 5 mm to the left of the right ostium. Left coronary trunk 28 mm long.•The left coronary artery with interarterial course is considered a rare anomaly and is associated with sudden death.•Studies indicate that coronary artery embryology depends on vasculogenesis and possibly has genetic determinants.
