Rationale: Identification of patients at risk to develop malnutrition is based on aggregation of risk factors such as poor appetite, low food intake, history of unintentional weight loss or low body mass index (BMI) into a simple score. It is unknown whether comorbidities are associated with specific nutrition risk factors.
