Osteoclast-derived exosomal miR-5134-5p inhibits osteoblastic proliferation and differentiation via the JAK2/STAT3 pathway. OC-Exos exacerbate periodontal tissue inflammation and accelerate alveolar bone resorption in mice with experimental periodontitis.
