西部地方高校高层次人才引进问题与培养对策

Abstract
高校人才引进是推动强校战略、实施学校高质量发展的内在核心力量.西部地方高校受地理位置、自然资源和经济状况等因素综合影响,在人才引进方面常处于竞争劣势.通过对比分析西部地方高校高层次人才引进过程中存在的主要问题和限制因素,重点针对引进人才的后期培养阶段,提出了适宜西部地方高校人才引进的主要策略与途径.以内蒙古自治区地方高校二级学院为例,在兼顾高层次人才"引"和"育"双运行机制的基础上,分别从立德树人、跨专业培养和团队匹配三个方面探讨了具体的人才培养措施,以期为相关院校引才、用才和留才提供借鉴和参考.
