摘要

This case demonstrates the novel insight that FT due to high fetal thyroid hormone concentrations stimulated by high maternal TRAb levels might also result in (central) hypothyroidism, requiring long-term evaluation of the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis in these children.
