Dietary interventions using Facebook: a systematic review.

Positive changes in dietary intake, food and nutritional knowledge and behavior, and weight management were observed in studies that used Facebook as a component of intervention. Facebook effectiveness by its own was difficult to evaluate considering that is frequently a component of intervention. The heterogeneity of the outcome variables between studies did not allow concluding about the effectiveness of this tool.
