摘要

•The role of mindfulness-based interventions in hematopoietic cell transplantation is unclear.•In this randomized controlled trial, patients in the intervention arm practiced app-guided Isha kriya for 1 month.•Isha kriya did not improve the FACT-BMT total or PROMIS global health scores; however, there was a transient improvement in the FACT-BMT subscale scores at day +30.
