Segmentation of weeds and crops using multispectral imaging and CRF-enhanced U-Net

摘要
•A valid approach for crop/weed segmentation is presented.•An input is proposed to train the U-Net model with the ResNet-50 structure.•A CRF increases the segmentation accuracy by reducing incorrectly labelled pixels.•High mean IoU was obtained using the proposed method with 512x512 image size.
