摘要

•Electrochemical disposable sensor for triglyceride (TG) measurement was developed.•Oxygen insensitive glycerol 3-phosphate oxidase (GlpO) mutant was constructed.•Highly sensitive signal was obtained with disposable interdigitated electrode (IDE).•Oxygen impact on sensor signal was minimized using GlpO mutant and IDE.
