摘要

•Individuals with highest memory impairment are characterized by increased inflammation and altered lipid metabolism.•IL-6, TNF-α, CRP, Apo-A1 and Apo-B compounded a useful transdiagnostic model across diabetes and severe mental illness.•These biomarkers may facilitate the identification of individuals at greater risk of memory impairment.
