摘要

•Our study showed that tumor microenvironment factors like Tumor stage, Nodal stage, Depth of invasion, PNI, Histopathological grading affects DFS.•Apart from conventional histopathological markers, lymphocyte host response pattern, E cadherin expression in the surrounding tissue, also affects survival outcomes.•Tumor Margins and Lymphocyte Pattern independently affects DFS and Lymphocyte pattern affects OS outcomes.
