A dual-donor FRET based aptamer sensor for simultaneous determination of histamine and tyramine in fishes

•A dual-donor FRET aptasensor was established for histamine (HIS) and tyramine (TYR).•Aptamers were labeled with dual-color QDs as energy donors and MoS2 NSs as acceptor.•Good sensitivity was displayed with LOD of 0.1 ng/mL for HIS and 0.25 ng/mL for TYR.•Good feasibility was displayed with recovery of 95.2%∼106.6% in spiked fish samples.
