摘要
•Hadfield steels were fabricated by laser powder bed fusion via in situ alloying.•Full austenite phase is obtained due to the rapid cooing in laser powder bed fusion, eliminating the water quenching process in conventional fabrication of Hadfield steels.•Yield strength and hardness are superior than the casted ones.•Strengthening and working hardening mechanisms are investigated, combined with in situ micro-tensile under EBSD.
