摘要

•To examine relationship between cytokines measured in acute stroke and post-stroke fatigue (PSF).•Reduced TNFα synthesis after ex vivo blood stimulation with LPS predicted PSF.•Ex vivo synthesis of IL-1β, 6, 8, 10, 12, and IP-10 was not associated with PSF.•Higher plasma TNFα was associated with PSF in univariable analysis.
