摘要

•DCM-SO2 was a NIR fluorescent probe for SO2 detection with a large Stokes Shift.•DCM-SO2 successfully monitored the fluctuation of SO2 in Hela cells.•DCM-SO2 realized the visualization of identifying SO2 in cancer cells and tumor.•By using DCM-SO2, we found that a strong relationship between tumors and SO2.
