摘要
In the present work, a numerical simulation of perovskite solar cell: ITO/SnO2/FASnI3/PCBM/Ag is carried out by using one dimensional simulation software i.e., SCAPS-1D. The variation of device performance with absorber thickness is evaluated. Solar cells cannot be made entirely from pure materials. Impurities that serve as trapping centres must be present. A detailed study is conducted to analyse the impact of absorber defect density on performance parameters, and the results indicate that as defects rise, device performance decreases. The cell performance is influenced by the operating temperature. The best power conversion efficiency after optimization is 24.54% (Voc = 0.97 V, Jsc = 29.88 mA/cm2 and FF = 84.39. The current investigation shows a considerable possibility for producing a lead-free device with good efficiency.
