Pelvic ureteral angiomyoma mimicking urothelial carcinoma: A case report

•Angiomyoma is rare benign smooth muscle tumor with a vascular component.•Angiomyomas have rarely ever been correctly diagnosed clinically or radiologically, first because of their relative rarity of occurrence and, more importantly, due to the paucity of relevant radiological literature.•Urinary Symptomatology, radiologic findings are mimicking urothelial carcinomas.
