摘要
•A β-(Ni,Pt)Al coating with Re-base diffusion barrier and a γ′ coating were deposited on single crystal superalloys.•Oxidation of the bond coats was the main factor of failure under high temperature.•The diffusion barrier and the interdiffusion zone degraded the fatigue strength of β coating.•Solution of refractory elements improved the fatigue crack propagation resistance of γ′ coating.
