Temporal upscaling of MODIS instantaneous FAPAR improves forest gross primary productivity (GPP) simulation

摘要
•MODIS instantaneous FAPAR was temporal upscaled to daily value.•MOD17 LUE model was optimized by MCMC method.•Upscaled FAPAR reduced uncertainties of GPP estimation by 6.82–7.8%.•The accuracy of existing GPP products should be improved.
