Improving genetic testing following abnormal mismatch repair immunohistochemistry results in endometrial cancer

•In endometrial cancer (EC) cases with abnormal immunohistochemistry, a protocol aimed to increase germline testing (GT).•In eligible patients, genetic counseling referrals (GCRs) but not GT significantly increased after the protocol.•About 15% of eligible patients still did not undergo GT following the protocol implementation.•Further measures, such as universal GT in patients with EC, should be considered to appropriately screen for Lynch Syndrome.
