Fatal cocaine body packer syndrome depicted on antemortem and postmortem CT: A case report

•In a diagnosis of ‘body packer syndrome,’ the usefulness of imaging is established.•Papers in which the sequential CT images of AMCT and PMCT are described are rare.•CT images can point out suspected ruptured capsules, as well as intact drug capsules.•Interpretation of PMCT before autopsy together with AMCT findings can help assume speculative hypothesis on the manner of death.”
