摘要
•A multiple regression model was identified to predict preference for vegetables.•Age and eight perceptual attributes were identified as positive predictors.•Pickiness and four perceptual attributes were identified as negative predictors.•Preferences for vegetables and their perceptual attributes increased with age.•Reduced pickiness also contributed to an increase in preferences.
