摘要
•An aptasensor was developed to detect pathogens in food and clinical samples.•Synchronous detection of K. pneumoniae and A. baumannii was achieved.•The limit of detection was 10 cells/mL with a liner range of 50–105 cells/mL.•The total assay time was 1.5 h which is shorter compared to other diagnostic platforms.•The proposed method is a promising tool for food safety and pneumonia diagnosis.
