摘要
•Volatile and non-volatile metabolites were characterized and analyzed.•Different data fusion and feature extraction methods were investigated.•Common dimension was used to analyze block weights and visualize data.•Mid-level data fusion in the RBF-SVM model achieved 93.33% test set accuracy.•HS-SPME-GC–MS and NMR achieved synergy to obtain higher classification accuracy.
