摘要

•A new phenylboronic acid functionalized PAMAM dendrimer-based nanocarrier was fabricated.•The PBA-PAMAM nanocarrier was capable of targeting Siglec’s overexpressing gastric cancer cells.•The usnic acid loaded PBA-PAMAM exhibited pH-responsive drug release and good anticancer activity in human AGS gastric cancer cells.
