Focal and generalized onset seizures in children post-COVID (Omicron) recovery: 3 clinical case reports

•A case report of 3 children aged 4–7 who experienced seizures 2–4 weeks after recovery from Covid-19 (Omicron).•Neurological symptoms are a known complication of Covid-19 and can persist after in infection has resolved.•Seizures and epilepsy are a rare complication and the mechanism is yet to be fully understood.•Common characteristics among the cases include café au lait spots and abnormalities in EEG.•Further research is needed to better understand which individuals are more likely to experience these complications.
