摘要
•Novel PFAS, e.g. F-53B & PF4OPeA were detected in seafood from the South China Sea.•Short-chain PFAS, particularly PFBA, were dominant in marine organisms analyzed.•Significant trophic magnification was only observed for PFOS and F-53B in food web.•Cooking seafood by the methods as boiling or frying could decrease PFAS efficiently.•Consuming seafood constituted a low health risk for local residents exposed to PFAS.
