Rationale: Anticholinergic load is the cumulative risk associated with at least one anticholinergic drug usage. Anticholinergic load may negatively affect physical performance and cognitive function, leading to frailty. The aim of the study is to evaluate the relationship between anticholinergic burden and physical performance in older adults.
