摘要
Rationale: Refeeding hypophosphatemia (RH) is quite common in patients with RH cancer patients. Although several risk factors have been identified for RH, most patients have been reported to have systemic disease such as poor oral intake, recent weight loss, and malignancy [1]. The primary aim of our study was to determine the daily changes in phosphorus levels of cancer patients hospitalized in the medical oncology service and the frequency of RH seen in patients. Our secondary aim is to determine the frequency of RH according to the nutritional types of patients and cancer types.
