摘要

•NRL was used to modify the w-d cycles of the cement-stabilized RCA.•The r/c = 10% was the optimum ratio for cement-NRL stabilized RCA.•At r/c = 10%, the UCSs after 12 w-d cycles met requirement for high-volume road.•Stable cross-linked matrix improved durability of cement-NRL stabilized RCA.
