Rationale: Myotonic dystrophy type 1 (MD1) is a neuromuscular disease frequently related to endocrine and metabolic disorders. We use electric bioimpedance (EBI) as a standard tool to evaluate the body composition of our patients. This study aims to analyze whether EBI parameters correlate to the severity of MD1.
