摘要

•Bladder cancer patients with wild-type FGFR3 have strong immunity, while those with FGFR3 mutation have weak immunity.•Prognostic immune gene signatures are identified based on FGFR3 mutation status, leading to the development of a robustly validated FGFR3-associated immune prognostic model (FIPS).•FIPS predicts bladder cancer survival and correlates with immune infiltration and FGFR3 mutation status in different FIPS groups.
