摘要

•Meningiomas with larger treated gross tumour volume (GTV) have poorer progression-free survival rates following primary fractionated radiotherapy.•Optic nerve sheath and cavernous sinus meningiomas are well controlled with primary fractionated radiotherapy.•Larger meningioma GTV is associated with higher rates of grades 3 and 4 adverse events.
