Vascularized adipose construction via low-fouling shape memory scaffold

•A novel low-fouling shape memory scaffold is applied for vascularized adipose construction.•The scaffold possesses angiogenesis property by driving cells aggregating in-situ through its low-fouling surface.•The scaffold could recover shape after mild heating showing both low cytotoxicity and minimally invasive delivery property.
