Genetic Analysis of Pediatric Obsessive-Compulsive Behaviors, the Effect of Genetic Variants on Imaging Endophenotypes

Obsessive-compulsive (OC) behaviors (OCB) are characterized by intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors. Here, the goal is to determine the relationship between brain activity and childhood OCB within the Research Domain Criteria (RDoC) paradigm. Consistent with the RDoC, a quantitative symptom measure: Obsessive-Compulsive Scale of the Child Behavior Checklist Scale (CBCL-OCS) is used.
