摘要

•A glycosylated extracellular vesicle-like receptor was developed.•The S1 antigen was detected down to 1 pg/mL within 20 min.•Various subtypes can be captured, effectively avoiding off-target.•Engineered glycan motifs will open a new avenue for biosensors.
