Synergistic strategy of rubidium chloride regulated SnO2 and 4-tert-butyl-benzylammonium iodide passivated MAxFA1-xPbI3 for efficient mixed-cation perovskite solar cells

A novel synergistic strategy using RbCl doping and tBBAI passivation is developed to fabricate high-performance mixed-cation perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The resulting best-performance MA0.85FA0.15PbI3 PSCs achieve an impressive power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 22.54%, with a large open circuit voltage (Voc) of 1.16 V.
