摘要
In participants with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), a N-Methyl-D-Aspartate (NMDA) partial agonist D-Cycloserine, paired with intermittent theta-burst stimulation (iTBS) delivered to the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) results in greater symptom improvements than iTBS+placebo. The presumed mechanism is enhanced NMDA receptor dependent plasticity in the DLPFC. We aimed to determine whether this treatment combination improved subjective and objective cognitive function.
