摘要

Although DNA methylation (DNAm) of multiple CpGs has been associated with PTSD, these CpGs do not individually discriminate against those with Vs. without PTSD. We aim to identify significant CpGs and exposures to develop a DNAm and exposure risk score (eMRS) to predict PTSD.
