摘要

•Bacillus mojavensis YL-RY0310 with antagonistic effect on P. expansum was isolated.•Crude lipopeptides with a strong inhibitory effect on P. expansum.•Intracellular and extracellular enzymes of YL-RY0310 have degradation effect on PAT.•YL-RY0310 is a biocontrol bacterium with both inhibition and degradation effects.
