Thermal performance and condensation analysis of insulated concrete panels using a thermal-meta structure

•Regulations were strengthened after fires caused by combustible sandwich panels.•Panels with improved thermal insulation and fire resistance were developed.•Experiments showed that the panels meet conductivity and flame retardant standards.•Insulation performance of existing walls was compared to the developed panel.•The developed panel prevents insulation degradation and condensation at joints.
