Co2SiO4/CoO heterostructure anchored on graphitized carbon derived from rice husks with hierarchical pore as electrode material for supercapacitor

摘要
Rice husks are used as raw material to prepare high-performance electrode materials for supercapacitors with cobalt silicate/cobalt oxide anchored on hierarchical pores carbon. The pore design criteria for electrode materials with redox reactions are proposed. The mr10-500-C/CoSi/CoO-900//AC device has excellent energy density of 37.500 Wh·kg−1 at power density of 1350 W·kg−1.
