摘要

•2D fluoroscopic image interpretation in ERCP is not obvious. Biliary 3D reconstruction could be helpful.•Handmade segmentation was successful in all cases and agreement with MRCP was 37.5%.•3D reconstruction could have helped guide stent placement in 68.8% of cases.
