大连地区种猪场猪O型与A型口蹄疫抗体水平现状及分析

Abstract
大连市动物疫病预防控制中心对大连地区26个种猪场猪口蹄疫O型与A型抗体水平进行检测.通过实验,从抗体合格率、抗体效价水平以及抗体效价分布三个角度进行比较分析,更全面的体现现阶段大连地区猪场口蹄疫的免疫抗体水平,结果显示O型口蹄疫抗体水平整体较好,抗体滴度高,而A型口蹄疫的抗体滴度差异较大,整体抗体水平较O型要低.
