Evolution of therapeutic strategies at the pace of molecular understanding in Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia

Therapeutic strategies for WM have evolved over the past several years, especially after the discovery of molecular mechanisms underlying tumor proliferation. The aim of this review is to highlight the evolution of the therapeutic strategy thanks to the contribution of genomics.
